Our online booking service is only for general appointments. If you require an appointment for the Skin Cancer Clinic, Care Plans, Mental Health Care Plan, Health Checks, Medicals, Surgical Procedures, Contraceptive Devices etc. please ring our reception staff on 9921 4433 to make a booking.
Standard appointments are for consultations where you discuss ONE health issue with the doctor - up to 15 minutes.
Extended appointments allow you to discuss MULTIPLE health issues with the doctor - between 15 and 30 minutes.
If you are a new patient to City Health, please book an extended appointment. We will require you to fill out a New Patient Details form, found on our resources page.
You can also transfer your current medical records to our surgery by completing a Transfer of Medical Records form and returning it to our surgery before your appointment.

We do reserve daily appointments with our doctors for urgent appointments please call our surgery at 8am weekdays on
9921 4433 to book.
CANCELLATION POLICY
City Health Geraldton is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. We request that you notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled doctor’s appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If you are receiving surgical treatment at City Health you are required to give 48 hours notice before your surgery.
If you fail to notify us, you will be charged $25 per 15 minutes block of the missed appointment.
