Respectful Environment Policy
City Health Geraldton enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour. This includes verbal, physical, or emotional abuse. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Any breaches will result in immediate action.

Missed Appointment Policy – DNA Fee
Missed appointments affect our ability to provide timely care. If you miss your appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, a Did Not Attend (DNA) Fee will apply:

• $40 – Standard GP appointments
• $80 – Extended appointments & new patients
• $100 – Skin Cancer Screening/Excision
