Fee's and Charges

City Health Geraldton is a private billing practice. We do not offer bulk billing services.
All consultations and procedures incur an out-of-pocket fee. Payment is required on the day of your appointment.
Our fees reflect the quality of care we provide, including longer consultation times, comprehensive health planning, and continuity of care with your preferred GP. Medicare rebates can be processed on-site for eligible services.
We thank you for your understanding and continued support in helping us maintain a sustainable, patient-focused service.
Consultation FeesPlease review our standard fees below. Medicare rebates are processed on the day where eligible. All fees are payable at the time of your appointment.

Surgical Procedures
If your doctor recommends a surgical procedure for non-cancerous or cancerous lesions, you will be provided with a personalised quote prior to booking the procedure.
The quote will outline:
  • Expected Medicare rebate
  • Procedure fee
  • Consumables fee
Please note:
  • Consumables are not eligible for Medicare rebate
  • Consumables start from $70 and vary depending on the type and complexity of the procedure
If you have not received a quote, you please request one before proceeding with planned procedures.

Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance
Appointments represent reserved clinical time exclusively for you.
We require:
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice for standard and long GP appointments
  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice for short appointments

  • If an appointment is cancelled outside these timeframes, or if you do not attend your appointment, a fee will apply.
  • The late cancellation or non-attendance fee is generally equivalent to the out-of-pocket amount that would have been payable for that consultation.
  • Unpaid late cancellation or non-attendance fees must be settled before further appointments can be booked.

We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Requests for consideration will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated respectfully.
