Standard appointments are for discussing ONE health issue with the doctor within 15 minutes. Extended appointments allow discussion of MULTIPLE health issues up to 30 minutes.

To cancel a Monday appointment, please inform us by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. For surgical treatments, 48 hours notice is required. Failure to notify will result in a $25 charge per 15-minute block of the missed appointment.
